Builder - Recreation Pavilion The purpose of the Development Department at Lake Retreat Camp and Conference Center is to create a funding base for present and future development of facilities.

To accomplish this purpose, the funds will be raised on an annual basis in a variety of ways such as banquest, desserts, one-on-one contact, grants, wills, newsletters and bulk mailings
