Food Service Policy - Special Diets

Our meals are served buffet-style in the dining hall. We offer limited gluten-free and dairy-free choices that align with the main meal, provided we receive at least two weeks' notice.

Guests with multiple or more complex dietary needs, should plan to bring any specialty items required. Refrigeration, toaster, and a microwave are available. Guests with life-threatening or severe allergies should bring all of their own food items.

Please be aware that our facility contains common allergens including but not limited to wheat, gluten, eggs, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and others. While we do not cook with peanuts, we are not a peanut-free facility. Additionally, our kitchen is not gluten-free, and food may come into contact with gluten-containing surfaces.

We encourage guests with specific dietary concerns to plan accordingly to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
