Food Service Policy - Special Diets

Our meals are served buffet-style in the dining hall. We offer gluten-free and dairy-free choices that align with the main meal, provided we receive at least two weeks' notice.

For guests with multiple or more complex dietary needs, it’s best to bring any specialty items you may require. We have refrigeration, a toaster, and a microwave available for your convenience.

Please be aware that our facility contains common allergens such as wheat, gluten, eggs, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and others. While we do not cook with peanuts, we are not a peanut-free facility. Additionally, our kitchen is not gluten-free, and food may come into contact with gluten-containing surfaces.

We encourage guests with specific dietary concerns to plan accordingly to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
