Kindle the fire of your faith through service, worship, and learning. Seize the moment to make those wild camp memories with friends or sit quietly by the lake and tune in to God's voice.

Program Info:
*The Leader-in-Training (LIT) Program is a 1-2 week program located on the Lake Retreat Campus.
The schedule will be jam-packed with programming to foster deep relationships with each other and the Lord.
The fun factor will be set to 100!
Programming will be primarily taught by Dr. Sean Post who has a Doctorate in Missional Leadership from Multnomah University, M.A. in Ministry Leadership from Western Seminary, and a B.A in Biblical Studies from Calvary Chapel Bible College.
Program Dates:
- Week 1: July 10-14
- Week 2: July 17-21
Participants may apply for week 1, week 2 or both weeks.
Who Should Attend?
This program is for High schoolers (ages 14-18) who are serious about growing in their faith and walk with Jesus. They should be ready to participate in all parts of the program from Monday-Friday. They should come with a heart to learn, grow and be stretched.
Schedule:
Each morning will be filled with devotions and Leadership Training, followed by a an activity. After Lunch, the afternoon will be focused on service in our rec. areas and projects (with a break at our snack shack). Once dinner is through, the LIT's will participate in "All Hands Dinner Clean Up", followed by a high energy activity such as card board boat racing, Blob style contest, marshmallow war, skit night and more! Each evening is topped off with a campfire.
*Cost:
Participants may choose to participate in Week 1, Week 2 or both weeks.
- Week 1 Only: $70 per person
- Week 2 Only: $70 per person
- Week 1 & 2: $120 per person
(Plus $10 for WA State Food Handler's Permit)

- If needed, apply for a scholarship here
- Once we have received your application and reference forms, we will contact you about acceptance.
- If accepted, you will be sent an enrollment packet and prompted for payment (Payment/scholarship + Enrollment Packet holds your spot in the program. Payment is non-refundable).
- The info packet will prompt you to complete the national background check and obtain your WA State Food Handler's Card.
- As we get closer, we will communicate about other details and ways to get ready for this awesome experience!

- Modest clothing for both hot and cold days

Yes, each Participant must obtain a WA State Food Handler's card before the first day of the program. The cost is $10.

Yes, due to the proximity to children and campers, all participants must pass a national background check.
Space is limited to 12 slots. Enrollment Packet and Fee holds your spot (fee is non-refundable).
No. Meals, snacks and name tag will be provided. You may want to bring extra money for additional snack shack items.
Yes, BUT...
Phones are only allowed in the dorms during the program. Social media, including but not limited to tiktok, IG, twitter, YouTube, etc. are not allowed while participating in the LIT Program.
This allows the LIT to focus on relationships with others and with the Lord.
Phones should be primarily used for parent communication during drop off and pick up. Personal music (in headphones) during dorm time is also permitted.
It's hard, but you can do it! 🙂
LIT's will be bunked dorm style on the Lake Retreat Campus. Boys and girls will have separate housing and a dorm mom/dad.
